As part of its Summer Intensives series, the Australian Film Television and Radio School is offering a Podcasting Intensive (December 4-8)

The hands-on 5-day intensive covers everything from idea to finished podcast pilot, providing skills within a state-of-the-art sound studio. The course includes:

• Software and hardware needed to record, edit and upload your podcast
• Podcast genres/styles and how production techniques vary
• Creating a satisfying, engaging soundscape
• Developing content ideas

The first two days are devoted to practical hands-on instruction, then working with mentors to complete a pilot and make a series plan.
