ARN has announced the promotion of Annick Perrin to the role of General Manager of its Darwin stations – Hot 100.1 and Mix 104.9.
Annick joined ARN Darwin as an Account Manager in January this year, bringing with her more than two decades of experience in media, including five years as Sydney Sales Director at Macquarie Media.
Her background also includes senior leadership roles across major media agencies such as Starcom, Initiative and Ikon.
ARN’s Chief Regional Officer Michael Harvey said “Annick has already made a strong impact in Darwin and she has helped the team drive solid results in the first half of the year. She brings deep experience in account management, commercial strategy and people leadership. We’re delighted to have someone of her calibre leading the next phase of growth for Hot 100 and Mix 104.9.”
Annick said “Since moving to Darwin, I’ve absolutely fallen in love with the place – it’s a vibrant, growing city with a strong sense of community. In regional areas like this, local radio plays a crucial role, often being one of the few remaining media channels that truly reflects and connects the community it serves. Stations like Hot 100 and Mix 104.9 sit right at the centre of that connection. I’m excited to lead the team as we grow our audience and strengthen those relationships.”
Annick takes over from Mike Harvey, who was recently appointed General Manager of ARN’s Hot Tomato on the Gold Coast.
