One of Brazil’s soccer stars has been confronted by bandits while doing a radio interview on his mobile phone.

Roberto Carlos, who also plays for Real Madrid, says the gunmen approached his car and robbed the driver: “They just robbed my car, they just robbed my car.”

He has been visiting the city of Belo Horizonte when he was mugged.
