Coast FM helps Peel Soup Kitchen

On Wednesday 26th June the ‘Coast Crew’ from Western Australia’s Coast FM will be down at the Peel Soup Kitchen on Sutton Street in Mandurah helping out as volunteers.

The Peel Soup Kitchen aims to establish a permanent and sustainable drop-in centre for the homeless, socially isolated and financially disadvantaged of the Peel Region.

Wade from the Coast Crew also has the challenge to fill the ‘Coast Cat’, the stations van, with as many non-perishable goods as possible.

Coast FM are asking for the community to help Wade out by bringing non-perishable goods to the station on weekdays between 9am-5pm or see him at the Peel Soup Kitchen on the day and lend a helping hand.

All of these donations are going towards emergency food hampers to help those in need.
