Creina Chapman to join SCA Leadership Group

Creina Chapman, Head of Regulatory Affairs and Corporate Communications at Southern Cross Austereo has been appointed to the SCA Leadership Group.
 
Creina joined SCA in 2015 with extensive media and political experience gained from positions at News Corp, Nine Network and Senior Adviser roles in Federal Election campaigns and to Federal Ministers including Joe Hockey and Richard Alston.

SCA’s CEO Grant Blackley said: “The Leadership Group is charged with managing the strategic agenda and overarching performance of the company. The team comprises the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Sales Officer, Chief Creative Officer and Head of Regional Media.
 
“The inclusion of Creina will not only strengthen the team but further broaden its extensive skill sets. Creina has consistently displayed strong leadership values and her wealth of experience will naturally complement and deepen the work achieved by the Leadership Team.”

Since joining SCA, Chapman has represented the interests of SCA with a broad range of political and business stakeholders culminating in the recent successful passage of the Federal Media reform package. She has been a member of the company’s Executive Board, has managed SCA’s corporate communications strategy and been a key contributor to the introduction of PodcastOne Australia.
 
She represents SCA as a Director of Commercial Radio Australia, and is on the boards of Free TV Australia, Regional Television Audience Measurement and Regional Broadcasting Australia Holdings.
