Dixons removes analogue radios after digital radio sell better than 30-1

Major UK electronics retailer Dixons will stop selling analogue radios for good.

The chain says DAB radios now outsell their analogue counterparts by 30-1 and the move is purely on a financial basis.

Dixons has a policy of removing older technology from its inventory and VCRs, CRT TVs and 35mm film cameras have already met a similar fate.
