Engagements and weddings in and on the air

Congratulations to KIIS 101.1’s Lauren Phillips who announced on air this morning she got engaged to partner Paul O’Brien whilst holidaying in Mykanos.

Phillips said:

“It’s such a nice feeling. We’ve been together for three and a half years now. He is an incredible man, and I am the best version of me when I’m around him. I’m so grateful for him. We’ve been through a lot in a short amount of time. I feel very lucky. We’re really happy.”

Meanwhile in Adelaide, co-host of The Ali Clarke Breakfast show Max Burford returned from what the show has described as the longest honeymoon in history to Clarke deciding she would arrange the quickest.

Local couple, Dylan and Charlotte, got engaged on the show last Monday and tied the knot on air this morning with many local businesses throwing their support behind the event.

Port Adelaide’s Xavier Duursma, and the Crows’ Reilly O’Brien walked the bride down the aisle ahead of their local derby next Saturday.
