The star-studded judging panel for 2024’s 2TM Discovered Quest have been announced. They are Melanie Dyer, Andrew Farriss and Jarred Taylor. Entries close November 30.
Melanie Dyer is a resident of the New England/North West region from a 3rd generation sheep and cropping farm. The country singer/songwriter released her debut EP, Lifetime in 2015 and has since then garnered two CMAA Golden Guitar Award nominations for Female Artist of the Year and Collaboration of the Year at the 2023 Awards.
Andrew Farriss is the co-founder and key songwriter for INXS. He released his self-titled solo country album in 2021 and this year was part of Don McLean’s nationwide Australian tour, and the Eurovision Australian judging panel.
Jarred Taylor is a Tamworth local and proud father to 6 children. In 2018 Jarred was the first recipient of the John Minson Scholarship to attend the Country Music Academy of Australia and in 2020 he was named as a Top 10 Finalist in Toyota’s Star Maker competition.
The 2TM Discovered concert will be held on Saturday 27th January 2024, where the judges will decide a the winner. Artists can enter the quest by submitting a demo of their original work to 2TM.
