Eyesaw 2SER Student Prize invites entries

EyeSaw, 2ser 107.3 and Mark Gowing Design have teamed up to develop the inaugural EyeSaw 2ser Student Prize: an opportunity for students and budding designers to win a 4 week internship at Mark Gowing Design.

Entry is simple: design a piece in response to this year’s theme: Humanity/Equality.

The winning piece will be included in the 2009 EyeSaw book. The winner will also receive a 4 week internship at Mark Gowing Design, during which time they will develop a piece for the 2010 EyeSaw Invitational Exhibition to be exhibited alongside Australia’s best designers.

This piece will also be included in the 2010 EyeSaw book.
Mark Gowing, curator of EyeSaw, on the theme of this yearʼs exhibition:

“This is the third time the EyeSaw event has been held and our ambition this year with the chosen theme was to create an invitational exhibition that is both moving in terms of its emotional humanitarian content, as well as inspirational in terms of the design quality on display.”

Entries for the EyeSaw 2ser Student Prize are open now until September 10. For more entry information, terms and conditions, head to www.eyesaw.com.au
