Joining the team as newsreader is Helen Tzarimas (pictured). Radioinfo caught up with Helen last year when she announced her departure from the ABC after nearly 19 years to take an extended vacation. You can read that story below:

Helen’s appointment follows Natasha Lee’s departure from the role to spend more time with family following seven years of early alarms.

Former Executive Producer Jacinda Gugliemino is returning from maternity leave to a newly created role of Show Director. Jacinda will be responsible for driving growth in both ratings and revenue across all platforms. Jo Ockwell, who was covering Jacinda’s maternity leave, will stay on as Executive Producer, with Megan Smith promoted to Senior Producer. Thomas Gosby also moves from Engineering into a Panel Operator/Producer role.

On the changes, Head of Content – GOLD Network Sue Carter said:

“Every great show has a strong production team behind it. In 2025, Jonesy and Amanda will have one of the best. The team is pumped and on a mission to build on last year’s record-breaking results.”

Sue is right that the team alongside Jonesy and Amanda have done an exceptional job with socials and promotions, like below:
