Former GM of Nova Brisbane, Jay Walkerden has settled his claim against his former employer over his dismissal.
 
The court proceedings will not continue, with a Notice of Discontinuance filed on Monday.
 
Details of the settlement have not been revealed and Jay told radioinfo, “I can’t give you too much but I can say the matter is closed and I am happy with the result.”
