With the Federal election less than two weeks away, ABC tv’s satirical series, ‘The Chaser Decides’, has caught out 2GB’s Alan Jones big time.

Chas Licciardello, or ‘Tony’, called a number of talk based radio presenters to test them out on screening for political stooges.

First up, ‘Tony’ called 2UE’s John Laws, but was cut off only a very short way into a prepared spiel, which ‘oozed’ support for the Howard Government.

“You sound like you’re simply a Liberal Party stooge. Don’t treat me like an idiot. You’re the idiot!”

Tony’s treatment was not so abrupt on 2GB breakfast, where he managed to advance deeply into his spiel.

Alan Jones even added his own comments and statistics, supporting Liberal achievements.
