Kyle & Jackie O are heading back to Melbourne this month with the $100k Ball Drop, where $100,000 in cash and diamonds will be dropped straight onto the court of the Frankston Centenary Tennis Club.
120 lucky listeners from Sydney and Melbourne will gather courtside as hundreds of foam tennis balls rain down from the Kyle & Jackie O helicopter. Each participant will collect two foam balls, but none will know what prize they’ve won until it is revealed live on KIIS 1065 and KIIS 101.1.
Taking place on Friday January 30, this is the second year that the KIIS Network have served up the $100k Ball Drop, this time thanks to Coinspot.
Every ball is a winner, each one containing cash or a prize. Top prizes include $20,000 cash, $10,000 cash and five diamond tassel tennis bracelets valued at over $6,000 each, thanks to K’dor.
Kyle Sandilands said on announcing the event this morning on air:
“We’re back, Melbourne. And we’re ready to drop all these balls from the Kyle & Jackie O helicopter. We’re making it rain cash, diamond bracelets, Visa gift cards, you name it.”
Jackie ‘O’ Henderson added:
“Last year was such a smash hit, so we knew we had to come back bigger with more balls, more prizes and more chaos. Everyone is going to be walking away a winner.”
Kyle & Jackie O will broadcast live and courtside across the morning.
