Maaate! Free Australia Day audio segments

MediaHeads has once again produced radio content for Australia Day.

For the first time, the company has made 2 different radio series to suit different formats.

Both series are completely free-of-charge and there are no sponsors or advertisers attached or embedded, and no barter component. Stations just need to tell Media Heads about usage of the segments.

Managing Director Peter Rubinstein has told radioinfo:

“Our annual Celebrate What’s Great series is for stations with a 35+/40 demographic, and our newest creation – “Maaate!” is a series of vignettes featuring talent suitable for stations with an 18-34 audience.”

The “Celebrate What’s Great” series returns this year, featuring 15 x 60-second vignettes with Australians from all walks of life – from past Australian of the Year recipients, to high-profile icons from sport, entertainment, science and medicine, the arts, industry leaders, etc.

Stations can run these as many times as they like in the lead up to, and on, Australia Day 2013.

The new series, “Maaate!”, consists of 15 x 30-second vignettes featuring a range of different Australians – from our Olympic golden girls Sally Pearson and Anna Meares, to Geoffrey Rush, The Veronicas, Julia Morris, Potbelleez, Timomatic, Jess Mauboy, Nat Bass, Something for Kate, and more. Perfect for younger audiences – fun, laid-back, and not too serious.

A few demos are available here and the full series is available for download from MediaHeads.
