Merrick and Rosso gather a few hundred friends for their work Christmas Do: pix

Merrick and Rosso’s Nova work mates and an invited group of a thousand listeners filled Star City’s Ballroom for Nova’s ‘Christmas Work Do’.


Two hours of the party were broadcast live between 4 and 6pm on Nova, and the party continued off-air with live bands for several hours afterwards.


The breakfast pair also broadcast a Christmas Pantomime featuring Larry Emdur, Laurie Daly, Tom the Chippie and others.

Simon Kennedy and other Nova staff (pictured) also got into the Christmas spirit during the work do.
