A bunch of Mix 101.1 listeners will find out this week if they will be lunching at breakfast presenter Tim Smith’s house.

In a break from conventional radio promotion rules, Smith has decided to host the lunch party for listeners at his private residence.

Smith and his family will fire up the barbie and open their doors on Saturday 24th March to twenty Mix101.1 breakfast listeners for an exclusive and intimate lunch.

Listeners have been describing in 25 words or less why they would like to join Tim for lunch at his place, and will find out on air this week if they have been invited.

Winners will be transported from Mix101.1 in Richmond direct to Smith’s house chaffured in a fleet of Taragos.

Smith has told radioinfo: “I’ve been talking about my house for so long on-air that I figured it was about time the listeners actually came over and participated in a working bee!”
