New audio phone reporting software to be launched at IBC 2010

Technica Del Arte, creator of the innovative mobile broadcast software Luci, will be showing its newly launched version of Luci Livetwo professional audio streaming product for iPhone at IBC 2010, which begins this week in Amsterdam.

 

Luci Livetwo has revolutionized radio reporting by offering two-way live, broadcast quality audio streaming to any professional IP codec. Already released on other mobile platforms and well established as a broadcasting tool, the software is currently used by a number of international corporations including the ABC, BBC, CBC and Wereldomroep.

The product allows both recording and playback of pre-recorded wav files during a live broadcast and supports a number of output codecs including MP2 (48 kHz sample-rate, 32 to 384 kbps, mono or stereo), AAC-HE (48 kHz sample-rate, 24 to 64 kbps, mono or stereo) and 24-bit ULCC audio codec (44.1 to 48 kHz sample-rate).

It provides excellent broadcast quality, with the software constantly updated to the latest IP technology and standards. The award-winning software is part of a series of Luci products from Technica Del Arte that also includes LUCI AV and LUCI EDIT.
