I’m looking forward to working with the board to continue the great work that Fresh is performing on and off air and using my knowledge to help guide the fantastic youth talent at the station.”

Fresh 92.7’s executive manager Darren Pike, says the station is excited to welcome George to the team as he helps drive Fresh into the future.

“He comes to us with a wealth of experience running his own companies and heading up ARN locally for nearly 10 years at one of its most successful periods. With his passion and dedication to Community Radio and Fresh in particular over the past 3 years, he will be a very valued Chairperson to our organisation for the future.

“We also thank outgoing chair Jessie Mattner for her support, in particular with completing our next phase of our Strategic Plan and completion of our Licence Renewal”.
