New Show Prep free trial for radioinfo readers

A new Australian Show Prep company called Beef Honey has been launched, and radioinfo readers are being offered a free trial of this professional service.

While there are many American show prep services available, this service is different because it is fast and it is written by Australians. A group of professional comedy writers have banded together to ‘Be Funny’ (Beef Honey… get it) for you every day.

At radioinfo we were impressed with the format of the content being sent early each morning by Beef Honey. It is like the kind of banter that goes on when you get a group or comedians and writers in a room together. They bounce ideas off each other and come up with better content than any single person could do alone. This seems to be the strength of the service, especially for presenters who do not have a big team of writers to call on.

The writers are a collective of seasoned, professional comedians with decades of comedy experience. They focus entirely on writing dozens of professional-quality jokes about the breaking news from early each morning so that the content is always immediate and fresh.

Email [email protected] and we will arrange for a two week trial with Beef Honey for you. If you like it you will have the option to take out a subscription to the show prep daily service.

Beef Honey spokesperson has told radioinfo:

“We stay up half the night collaborating online to write jokes about the stories that hadn’t broken until after you went to bed.”

As promised by Beef Honey, this morning our radioinfo inbox received an email at 4.02 am with 10 items of today’s show prep, which could have made great breakfast show content. Some of the items include:
