Over the Easter Break the Nova Network has kept its listeners entertained by Mel & Matty with Susie O’Neill on breakfast. In what was initially a throw away comment this morning Matty (Matt Baseley) told his 8-Time Olympic Medallist co-host Susie that he’d always wanted to race her. As it turns out Susie carries swimmers with her wherever she goes and after a bit more banter it was agreed that the pair would have a swimming race at Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre straight after the show.
Mel (Mel Tracina) agreed to officiate and commentate. Matty, in his own seriously questionable swimwear, was given a 25 metre head start. As to who won, you’ll have to watch below:
