NOVA Entertainment has been accredited as an Aon Hewitt Best Employer for 2017.

With 16 companies across Australia and New Zealand accredited with this award, NOVA Entertainment is the “only media organisation that has been recognised”.

The Aon Employer program was established in 1999 and offers a unique opportunity for organisations to demonstrate an ongoing commitment to their people.

Each year organisations across the two countries achieve Aon Best Employer accreditation status by recording high employee engagement scores and delivering outstanding people practices.
