With Neil Breen finishing up on 4BC Drive in two weeks (Breen was down 1.9 to 5.8 in this week’s GfK Radio 360 Survey 3), Peter Gleeson will fill the role from June 26 with the permanent Drive host to be made known later in the year.

This announcement, from 4BC Content Manager Max Dudley, comes six months after Gleeson left Newscorp after multiple incidents of plagiarism were uncovered.

Gleeson wrote a personal note to The Courier-Mail editor Chris Jones at the time saying,

“I apologise for breaching News Corp’s Code of Conduct and instances where I have not met the standards required.”
