Peter Psaltis marks 25 years behind the mic

Peter Psaltis, from 4BC in Brisbane, is today celebrating 25 years in radio, 20 of those were spent at 4BC.
Peter started in 1997 as a panel op for the Continuous Call Team before moving up to panel Peter Dick afternoons show & Greg Cary’s drive show.
He then spent time as John Laws’ Brisbane producer before finding his feet calling the footy with Rod Tiley and Trevor Gillmeister in 2002.
The following year, Psalty worked with John McCoy, Wally Lewis, and Brett Kenny.
By the mid 2000’s he started producing Sports Today and co-hosting the show with the late great Billy J Smith.
A short stint away from 4BC before a return as the host of WWOS 6pm-7pm weeknights.
Psalty is the voice of sport for 4BC and the best rugby league caller in Queensland.
