We have taken on board some suggestions from readers and have tried to make the site a little more efficient for you.

We will be moving the Hot off the Net section to sit more closely with the main news of the day and there will be a few more layout elements that will change.

Your About Me functionality will also be improved and there will be a number of other small changes.

We think the site will remain live while we work on it, but if something happens, just come back in an hour or so and check again.

When the upgrade is finished, we will send you an email asking you to reset your password. Please reset it as quickly as possible. You can make the password the same as you had it before, or you can change it to something else, it’s up to you.
