The Dom Harvey Podcast signs global multi year deal with Acast

Acast has re-signed award-winning New Zealand broadcaster, author and marathon runner Dom Harvey to a global multi year deal with his podcast, only launched in 2022, already having more than 4.4 million downloads.

The Dom Harvey Podcast features interviews with guests who have remarkable stories to share, including former New Zealand Prime Minister Sir John Key and international model Rachel Hunter.

Harvey was the host of The Edge’s breakfast show for 20 years. His now twice-weekly podcast is a regular fixture in the top 20 Spotify and Apple charts.

Harvey said:

It’s been a crazy three years in the podcast space, so I am frothing about working closely with Acast to see where we can be in another three years from now.”

Last year  when Jay-Jay Feeney stepped away from More FM and radio after three decades, she and Dom paired up to launch PodLab, a studio space in Auckland which specialises in the development, recording and producing of podcasts.

Used by both companies and individual creators, PodLab draws on Harvey and Feeney’s extensive media experience to contribute to the growth of podcast production in New Zealand.
