And nobody on the Collingwood/Essendon broadcast team was spared.

Triple M commentator Brian Taylor was on Channel 7 duties for the Collingwood/Essendon clash on Anzac Day, but that didn’t stop him swinging past the Triple M commentary box and asking for the floor.

Why? He’s ‘had a gutful’ with the rest of the team.

Those in the commentary box first piped up with a few jokes at Taylor’s expense, assessing his look as ‘Not as orange as he was two weeks ago,’ and references to the shape of his suit. 

‘I’ve had a gutful. I’m sensing the tension between some of you guys on Friday night,’ Taylor said, before launching into his tirade, which took aim at everything from the Triple M team’s sub-par footwear, to those who do their best work during the commercials.
