Vale Craig Huth

Taree broadcaster Craig Huth has died after reportedly suffering a stroke.

Known as the Dice Man on his MaxFM breakfast shift and by his own name on 2RE where he ran an afternoon talk show, the big man was a tireless supporter of charities and is credited with founding the MAX FM Christmas Train, which raises money for medical equipment at the Manning Base Hospital in Taree.

In a first for a NSW regional station, last year Craig took his 2RE talk show with some students from Loretto College Taree to Parliament House to ask the tough questions of passing politicians.
