Wave 96.5’s Lyndal and Crammy love to surprise Illawarra Mums for Mother’s Day and 2026 was no exception.
The Wollongong breakfast duo brought back their Reunite Flight, inviting listeners to register to nominate themselves, or their Mum to be reunited with their children for Mother’s Day.
Peter from Shell Cove, nominated his Mum, Vicky, to be reunited with her daughter, Flora. who has moved down to Hobart along with her husband and six young children.
Lyndal and Crammy surprised Vicky at her doorstep with a suitcase and a booked flight to Hobart. Vicky was completely overwhelmed and there was lots of happy tears. But Vicky wasn’t the only one surprised!
Lyndal and Crammy then called Flora live on-air, so that Vicky could share the news herself.

“The is the best Mother’s Day present!“
