Powerd Media lead and podcast producer Eliza Hull said:
“Building Inclusion is a six part audio series with video components where our host, Sam Drummond, who is a person with disability and an incredible advocate, lawyer and great presenter, has travelled around the country to share the stories that really matter to the disability community. Sam has this really great ability of making people feel comfortable and drawing out stories. A lot had never been on camera or interviewed.
We’ve spoken to leaders in the space, in education, doctors, health professionals, people with disability, First Nations communities, people from all different backgrounds sharing unique perspectives about how the disability strategy is supporting the community. It will guide and inform the wider community too about the things we still struggle with as people with disability, and the barriers that we face in society.”
