This year’s CBAA conference had a good number of exhibitors all offering equipment, support and solutions for the community radio industry.
Studiio was a new exhibitor. The company displayed a new product that consolidates SMS, phone calls, social media, and messaging apps into single dashboard, eliminating the need for multiple communication systems. Early adopters of the rebuilt platform report a 40% increase in listener interaction and a 60% reduction in administrative overheads.
After seven years of operating the old system, called Broadcast Launch, the company realized “we needed to start fresh,” according to James Davey, Founder and Developer of Studiio (main picture). “This isn’t an update or enhancement – it’s a complete rebuild using modern technology and incorporating everything we’ve learned about what broadcasters actually need. Our team understands radio because we’ve lived it,”
Studiio launched at the conference with three pricing tiers starting at $49 per month for small stations. Website: https://studiio.io
