Australian music legend Mark Seymour is joining Triple M’s annual Man Date on May 8th at the Regatta Hotel to play live for listeners & guests.

The singer/songwriter, who penned hits for Hunters and Collectors like ‘Holy Grail’ and ‘Throw Your Arms Around Me’ is the right man to help Triple M promote men’s health & wellbeing, telling the Grill Team,

“You’ve come to the right bloke. I figured, sometime in the last decade, that if I wanted to keep doing what I love, I’ve got to stay fit – and I do”

So what’s Man Date all about?

A lot of men seem to be ignorant when it comes to their health and well-being.

The statistics are frightening and the challenges are many: prostate cancer, depression, skin cancer, obesity & heart disease are just some of the problems affecting hundreds of thousands of Australian men each year.

Over the coming weeks The Triple M Grill Team is talking to the experts, covering the big health issues & hearing stories from other men to inspire & inform.

This will culminate in the annual Man Date.
