ABC Classic & Jazz has some lineup changes and new programs for 2024 with the annual Classic 100 Countdown theme this year ‘Feel Good’.
Dr Megan Burslem has returned for her national ABC Classic Weekday Breakfast from 6am to 10am followed by Weekday Mornings with Russell Torrance and Martin Buzacott. Classic Drive with Vanessa Hughes will start earlier, from 3pm-7pm, then Damien Beaumont on Evenings from 8pm.
There will be two new programs. Mindful Music, on Mondays at 7pm, sees registered psychologist Greta Bradman bring listeners a mindful playlist, along with guided exercises for well-being. The Musical Show, Thursdays at 7pm, has all the glitz, glam and fun from Broadway to the screen and everything in between, hosted by Gija woman Naarah.
On ABC Jazz, James Valentine (Upbeat), Monica Trapaga (The Dinner Set) and Mal Stanley (Jazztrack) all return Monday January 29

This year’s Classic 100 Countdown is themed ‘Feel Good‘. The annual poll will ask listeners to vote for their feel good classics. Dates of the countdown and details of how to vote are coming soon.
