Wednesday July 17, George ‘Sarge’ Sargent will take over Triple M on the Mid North Coast. Breakfast with Sarge will look after the people of Port Macquarie after the long legacy of the Strachan family, Alex and Mark.

The Sarge was most recently a workday announcer for the Hit Network and has been nominated for Australian Commercial Radio Awards. Outside of radio Sarge, the self described “redheaded hubby that makes people feel bubbly” enjoys good coffee by the beach, planning the perfect camping trip and supporting his beloved South Sydney Rabbitohs.

“I love the coast and the country, so the opportunity to start Port Macquarie’s day with great music, laughs, and good chats with local legends is unreal. I can’t wait to get to know Triple M’s awesome listeners.”
