This morning, April 11, Ugly Phil O’Neil launched the new WSFM radio studios in North Sydney for their first on-air test drive, after apparently a few false starts.
WSFM, or 2WS as it was then, moved from Seven Hills to join MIX106.5 (now of course KIIS) in Artarmon, then North Ryde. It is interesting that Ugly Phil launched the new location and studio, not Jonesy and Amanda, but perhaps that was one of the false starts!
Kyle and Jackie O from KIIS commenced on air in their new studios a month ago.
